Tara Pfeifer, DPT

Tara graduated from the University of Montana School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences in 2017 with her doctorate degree. She has completed a variety of courses for advanced pelvic floor training. She is passionate about treating all areas of pelvic floor dysfunction including pelvic pain, urine and fecal incontinence, prenatal and postpartum conditions. She has also pursued certifications and advanced training in lymphedema and oncology.

Hannah graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in May, 2023. She has worked with patients from all walks of life throughout her clinical rotations and is particularly passionate about pelvic health. Her priority is to provide the highest quality of patient-centered care for people of all genders, races, ages, and abilities to enable her patients to reach their goals.

Holly Warner, DPT

Holly received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2014. She specializes in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, treating running related injuries/overuse injuries, and management TMJ dysfunction/jaw pain.
She has taken advanced courses in running gait analysis and treating the injured runner. Her treatment philosophy is exercise based with an emphasis on patient education and restoring normal movement patterns and load capacity, so patients are able to return to the activities they enjoy.
Holly enjoys trail running, hiking, skiing, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Jessie graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2015. She specializes in treating female pelvic floor dysfunction including pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, and peripartum conditions. She is committed to providing personalized care, with a focus on empowerment, trust, and a supportive environment for each patient’s journey toward recovery.

Trudi graduated from the University of Wyoming Communication Sciences and Disorders program in 2016. She is a lifelong learner and brings a sense of curiosity and compassion to her treatment room. Trudi is specialized in medical speech-language pathology and is dedicated to providing evidence-based, holistic, and equitable rehabilitation for our community.
She provides oncological rehabilitation for dysphagia, communication, lymphedema management, myofascial release, and voice disorders for Head and Neck Cancer.
Trudi also works with patients with vocal cord dysfunction, gender affirmation vocal needs, neurodegenerative disorders, executive functioning disorders (ADHD), traumatic brain injury, aphasia, dysphagia, post-stroke neurological disorders, dementia, stuttering/disfluency, and professional and professional communication performance strengthening.
